The author would like to thank Jesus for His blessing, which has allowed this book to be published on time. This book is text-based and focuses on assessing language learners’ English proficiency. This book is designed for sixth-semester language learners, and in order to pass this course, they must be able to assess language learners’ English proficiency and give feedback on their learning progress. This book consists of 6 units. First, unit 1, which introduces the English Assessments, Second, unit 2 to unit 5, it talks about four elements which are used to assess language learners’ English proficiency. Third, unit 6, it talks about feedback which is used to give a compliment or correction towards language learners’ learning progress.
